PURPOSE:To prevent a mis-operation by controlling a control-hole, which regulates quantity of the fluid that flows from a stockroom into a workroom, with an electromagnet which is driven by a signal from a thermo-sensitive device which detects the temperature of an engine-cooling-water. CONSTITUTION:Between a workroom 14 and a stockroom 15, a partition plate 21, which has a control-hole 20 and is fixed to a covering member 13, and a valve plate 22, which is placed in the stockroom 15 side and covers the control- hole 20 as it can be closed, are set, and the rooms 14, 15 are separated by them. In a central hole 24 formed in a supporting part 31 of the cover 13, a centerpin 25, at whose end a ferromagnetic body plate 33 is fixed, is inserted as it can be slid freely. The tip of the centerpin 25 touches the valve plate 22, the valve plate 22 is pressed to the partition plate 21 by the energizing power of a spring 35, and the control-hole is closed. At the outside of the supporting part 31, an electromagnet 36, which pulls the ferromagnetic body plate 33, is set, and the control-hole is opened and closed according to a signal of a thermo-sensitive device 39 set in an engine-cooling-water way. |
