PURPOSE:To prolong the usable period of a reagent for urine examination and to attain to miniaturize a container, by forming a reagent region for urine examination to the inner surface of the container by using a gas barrier sheet and sealing the opening part of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 comprises a gas barrier sheet and the interior thereof is hermetically sealed while a reagent region 4 for urine examination is formed to the packing bag inner surface of a back surface side sheet 3. In addition, a V-shaped notch 5 or a perforation is formed to the container 1 in order to easily open the container 1 by tearing. In use, the container 1 is opened and urine being an object to be examined is collected to be brought into contact with the reagent region for urine examination and, after coloration, the developed color is compared with a prepared standard color to perform judgement. |
