PURPOSE:To reduce the offensive odor generated at a fire extinguishing time by providing a burner raising mechanism for raising a burner placed on the top of a core guide cylinder in cooporation with a fire extinguishing operation, and a blower for blowing air to the top of the cylinder at the burner raising time, thereby preventing the passage of unburned gas through the burner of high temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a fire extinguishing lever 1 is moved down, an operation lever engaging plate 2 is rotated clockwise at a pin 6 as a fulcrum to disconnect a connecting pin 9 from a connecting piece 4. When the pin 9 is disconnected, an operation lever 7 is pulled down by the energizing force of a spring 12. When the lever 7 is pulled down, a connecting plate 14 is rotated counterclockwise at a pin 16 as a fulcrum to slide a vertical portion 18b of a burner raising plate 18, thereby raising the burner 19 held in a horizontal portion 18a. When the burner 19 is raised, a closing plate 27 is raised, a blow port 26 opened at a reflecting plate 25 is opened to blow the air generated by the rotation of a fan 23 to the top of a core guide cylinder 21. The fan 23 continuously rotates until the cylinder 21 is cooled, and is automatically stopped by a thermostat for sensing the temperature of the cylinder 21. |
