<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts as well as the cost of assembly and adjustment by obtaining a desired scan pattern only with the shift function of a light reflecting member containing a reflection pattern having correlation with the desired scan pattern. CONSTITUTION:A belt-shaped light reflection pattern 11 is formed on the surface of a light reflecting member 10, and a non-reflection treatment is applied to other parts of the member 10. When a linear luminous flux 13 having its lengthwise side in the direction parallel to a rotary shaft 12 is made incident on the member 10, the light reflection pattern 11 reflects only a partial luminous flux of a part 13a where the pattern 11 crosses the flux 13 in the direction having an angle theta1 to the incident direction of the flux 13 and forms a reflation imge 15a on an object 14 when the member 10 is set at a position A. When the member 10 is turned to a position B, the reflecting direction of a partial luminous flux 13b is also changed by an angle theta2 to form a reflection image 15b. Furthermore a partial luminous flux 13c is reflected at an angle theta3 to form a reflection image 15c when the member is set at a position C.</p> |
