PURPOSE:To readily judge the improper portion and to determine the load state of an air conditioner by composing a power source circuit of a program processing component such as a microcomputer, and providing an operation mode indicator for indicating in response to the treated content. CONSTITUTION:A controller 2 receives the power of a commercial power source 1, frequency-converts it, and includes a power unit for driving direction a variable speed motor 3 and a microcomputer for controlling a signal to be fed to the power unit in a motor drive system for outputting to the motor 3. An indicator formed of indicator lamps LD1-LD4 operates in response to the treated content to indicate the operation mode in 4-bit signal. The magnitude of the load to be applied to the motor 3, and the overload of times can be readily indicated. |
