PURPOSE:To enable to prevent damage and wear of the side and the inner and outer walls of a supporting component through preventing the intrusion of a particulate matter into a gap, by a method wherein the titled device is provided with a supporting shaft in a radial direction, a supporting pin, a puller of the supporting pin, a tilting and returning device of the supporting component and an inserting device of the supporting pin. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet 2 enters into an inlet side of a discharge part 21, the heat parts of supporting pins 34, 34' of the pallet 2 enter into the grooves of connecting levers 37, 37' of a puller 39 of the supporting pin and when the pallet 2 comes to a predetermined position, a position detector 63a is operated, a signal to be obtained at that time is sent to cylinders 38, 38' for driving of a forward and backward motions of the levers 37, 37' and the cylinders 38, 38' are operated. When the connecting levers 37, 37' are retreated and the supporting pins 34, 34' are come off from pin holes 33, 33' of the pallet 2, the support of the pallet 2 is released, and then the supporting pins 34, 34' pass through the connecting levers 37, 37', a signal to be obtained through a position detector is sent to the cylinders 38, 38', the same cylinders 38, 38' operate in the reverse direction and the connecting levers 37, 37' are returned to the original waiting positions. |
