摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure the rational hybrid control by using a generalized adverse characteristic arithmetic device which can perform an adverse characteristic operation even in case a transmission characteristic matrix is equal to a rectangular matrix. CONSTITUTION:An analog control system 5 and a digital control system 2 form a multi-point vibration controller. In this case, a generalized adverse characteristic arithmetic device 2d is used as a component element of a digital computer 2. A characteristic acquisition device 2b obtains the characteristics between an input 4 and an output 6 of the system 5 by means of a trial vibration of a random wave. Then the device 3d performs an operation of the generalized adverse characteristics by the characteristics between the input 4 and output 6. Thus a product of a target wave to the output and an FET is obtained by an input signal arithmetic device 2a by means of the adverse characteristics. The product is returned to an input wave by an IFFT to product vibrations.
