发明名称 SPECIFIC-GRAVITY MEASURING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform continuous measurement from a remote place, by filling a liquid to be checked to a specified position of a container having an inlet valve and a discharge valve, computing the specific gravity from the position of a floating scale and the measured value of liquid temperature, discharging the liquid, and repeating the procedure. CONSTITUTION:A tank 7 for storing a liquid to be checked 3 and a drained liquid tank 11 are communicated to a measuring container 5 having a lid 5a through an inlet valve 8 and a discharge valve 10. A floating scale 14 is penetrated through the lid 5a. A light shielding plate 17 is fixed to the end of the scale 14. A light emitting part 2a and a light receiving part 23 having a photoelectric switch 21 are provided on both sides of the light shielding plate 17 so as to face each other. The signal of a counting part 24 based on the signal from the switch 21 and the signal from a temperature sensor 26 are inputted to an operation circuit 27. The specific gravity signal of the liquid 3 is held at a holding circuit 28. A liquid level sensor 13, which detects the specified position of the liquid level 3a of the liquid 3, and the valves 8 and 10 are connected to a control circuit 29, so that the circuit 28 can be controlled. Thus the following operations can be automatically performed from a remote place: the valve 10 is closed, the valce 8 is opened, the container 5 is filled with the liquid 3 to the specified position, the specific gravity is measured, and the liquid 3 is discharged.
