PURPOSE:To always obtain a good image by executing repeatedly a size deciding operation, and executing a sequence control of a process means in accordance with a size signal by a repeated decision. CONSTITUTION:This device has an exposure operating means of an original platen 5, optical systems 16, 18, etc. in order to form an electrostatic latent image on a rotating body 15 such as a photosensitive drum, etc. Also, it has a control CPU for executing a sequence control of a process processing load basing on a means for generating plural reference signals of an inverted position, etc. by this scanning means, and the contents of a memory such as an ROM, etc. for storing a sequence step for forming an image by inputting its reference signal. Moreover, it is constituted so that a suitable timing processing of a pre- processing, a process cycle and a post-processing is executed by inputting not only the reference signal but also a clock pulse obtained by a rotation of the rotating body 15, to the CPU. |
