PURPOSE:To execute double-face copying, and also to separate a double-feed paper sheet from a transferred copying paper sheet by giving a command signal from a copying paper double feed detecting means to constitution for feeding a copying paper which has transferred a picture on one surface, to a carrying direction control roller through a return belt, and inverting it. CONSTITUTION:A copying paper sheet A which is supplied from a feed paper cassette 3 and has transferred and fixed a picture on one surface side is carried to a return belt 33 by a carrying direction switching plate 27 in case of both face copying, fed to the second feed paper cassette 4 by forward and backward rotations of carrying direction control rollers 40, 40' and inverted, and copying of the other face side is executed. In case when two sheets of copying paper are fed continuously by mistake in the course of a work of both face copying and a picture is transferred, the control rollers 40, 40' do not execute forward and backward rotations but execute a double-feed paper rotating operation of only the forward rotation and feed the double-feed paper to a discharge copy receiving tray 46, by a double-feed detecting means 45 provided between a fixing device 25 and a switching plate 27. |
