PURPOSE:To make bellows those are free from strange noise in expansion by scattering and adhering anti-adhesion powder uniformly on the internal wall of the bellows in blow molding of the bellows. CONSTITUTION:A soft closed-end parison, the material of bellows 1 is hanged between opened molds 6, 6. Then, the molds are closed, air is blasted from the pressurized air supplying compressor 7 into a cavity 9 through the pressurized air supplying tube 8 to pressurize the parison to the internal wall surface of the mold 6. At the same time as the air is blown, the anti-adhesion powder 10 is scattered and stuck uniformly to the internal wall surface of the bellows 1. Since the anti-adhesion powder is stuck uniformly to the internal wall surface, strange noise can be prevented securely from occurring in time of expansion of the bellows. |
