PURPOSE:To receive efficiently a radio wave, i.e. linear polarized wave from a geostationary satellite by adjusting the rotation of a supporter which fits a dipole element to a parabolic reflector. CONSTITUTION:The reflector 6 is fixed to a reinforcing tool 11 with screw rods, washers, and nuts. The supporter 23 in a hollow tube shape is fitted almost to the center part of the reflector 6 in a radio wave arrival direction. The dipole element 38 is fitted atop the supporter 23 and a reflector 39 is arranged further atop. A feeder 42 to the dipole element is run through the hollow part of the supporter 23 and connected to a feeding box which is not shown in a figure. A rotary fitting plate 24 having circular-arcuate long holes bored at intervals of 120' about the center of the supporter 23 is fixed to the root part of the supporter 23, which is adjusted by rotation and fixed to the reflector 6 and reinforcing tool 11 with this rotary fitting plate 24 and a bolt 29. Thus, the plane of polarization of the dipole element 38 is made coincident with the plane of polarization of an arrival radio wave. |
