Powdered chocolate in hopper 10 is stirred by agitator 15 and is discharged through outlet 14 by screw conveyer 12. The screw is fitted with a nut 20 which co-operates with outlet 14 to vary the rate of discharge dependant upon the position of nut 20 on the screw 12. The position of 20 on screw 12 may be varied by the insertion of a knife through the centre of the nut 20. |
