PURPOSE:To avoid the excessive load on a load in its start mode and to improve the reliability of a voltage stabilizer by providing a detection function for readout of the output voltage and an inhibiting function for discontinuation of a command control signal to a transient voltage inhibiting means. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse-like command control signal is supplied to a control terminal 34, a start current flows to the base of a transistor Tr25 via a resistor 26 and a diode 35. Then the Tr25 becomes active to flow a collector current. This collector current functions as a base current of a Tr23. Then the Tr23 becomes active and the output voltage of an output terminal 32 has a rise. When the output voltage reaches a fixed level decided by a Zener diode 38, a base current flows to a Tr36. Thus the Tr36 is saturated. Here the start current does not flow to the base of the Tr25 and functions as the collector current of the Tr36. Then a command signal line is separated from a circuit of a series control type stabilizer by the diode 35. In this case, however, the output of the stabilizer is raised up to such a level of voltage that a feedback loop is closed satisfactorily. Thus the stabilizer keeps a normal operation. |
