PURPOSE:To detect easily the presence or absence of an intermediate breaking part in a partition wall by detecting the presence or absence of a lighted linear image in an image projected on a screen by uniform light radiated to an inner part of the perforated small pores from a projector providing a photodiffusion plate. CONSTITUTION:A receiving plate 1c is attached to an endless chain 1a driven intermittently, and a ceramic body (a) is supported stably on the plate 1c through a supporting body 1b. Light from an illumination lamp 2d contained together with a cooling fan 2e in a casing 2c of the projector 2 is projected to the innumerable perforated small pores of the body (a) through the photodiffusion plate 2a such as ground glass. The light passed through the inner part of said pores is projected onto the screen 3, the projected image is caught by a television camera 5, and the intermediate breaking of the partition wall is inspected by a deciding device 4. |
