PURPOSE:To set freely a neutral position of an objective lens in track direction with simple constitution by providing a neutral position setting member made of a magnetic material at a proper position on a slider. CONSTITUTION:An objective lens 4 is fixed with eccentricity to a rotor 20 made of nonmagnetic material turnable around a guide shaft 5 and two permanent magnets 21 are fitted to the lower part of the rotor 20. A focus adjusting drive coil 7 and a track direction drive coil 8 are fixed to the inside of a cylindical wall 23 at a slider 3 and a neutral position setting member 30 made of a magnetic material is fixed at the outside. Thus, the rotor 20 is turned so that the magnetic flux line of the permanent magnet 21 passes equally through the set member 30. Thus, the rotor 20, that is, the track direction is simplified by placing the set member 30 to a proper position. |
