PURPOSE:To form inexpensively high speed transmission by providing two photocouplers between two switching elements. CONSTITUTION:The two photocouplers 24, 27 are provided between two switching elements switched in a complementary way and whose output level is changed mutually by a digital input side transmission signal DA at an input terminal 1. An output side transmission signal DC having a waveform producing leading edge and trailing edge after a prescribed time is delayed respectively from the leading edge and trailing edge of the input side transmission signal DA is obtained by using the photocouplers 24, 27. In such a way the use of a special photocoupler having a faster switching speed for the two photocouplers is not required. |
