PURPOSE:To measure the force of a power source in the actual operation state by controlling an electromagnetic brake provided to the output terminal of the power source so that the output of a load cell fixed to fixation part of the power source is coincident with a set value. CONSTITUTION:The load cell 5 is located at the fixation terminal of a hydraulic cylinder 1 as a body to be measured, and a powder brake 9 is fitted atop of the other-end output shaft 2 through a rack 6 and a pinion 8; and the output of the load cell 5 and the set output generated by a measurement force setting circuit 10 are processed by an input control circuit 11 for the powder brake 9 and then outputted. The circuit 11 detects the output of the load cell 5 and the output is compared by a comparator 13 with the set output of the setting circuit 10 to control a current applied to the brake 9 by a current control circuit 14 on the basis of the comparison output. |
