PURPOSE:To improve the operation property of molding process, causing the process in which unnecessary molded body is cut from a molded product after the finish of molding, to be unnecessary by separating the molded product from a gate part, sliding the gate part immediately after the mixed raw liquid has been injected into a cavity. CONSTITUTION:Reactive raw liquid, for instance, reactive raw liquid such as polyol, isocyanate, etc. is introduced into a mixing head 9 and is collision-mixed there. When the injection of the raw liquid into a cavity 5 through a runner 6 and a flow path 8 has been finished, the flow path 8 is separated from the cavity 5, sliding a slide valve 7 by the operation of a cylinder 10. Then the cavity 5 is closed by the side wall of the slide valve 7, and the mixed raw liquid is reaction-cured, thereby molding a product in the cavity 5. In this case, the mixed raw liquids remaining in the runner 6 and the flow path 8 are also cured and become a molded body, but these unnecessary molded body are separated from the molded product in the cavity 5. |
