PURPOSE:To mechanize the removal of molten metal dripping from a hot dipped material by forming one end of a cylindrical cam so that a swing shaft set on the cam is vertically moved at uniform acceleration and by vibrating a hot dipping vessel fixed on the top of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:One end of a vertical cylindrical cam 4 is formed so as to provide a sine curve, and a swing shaft 2 is set on the end. When the cam 4 is horizontally rotated, the shaft 2 is moved downward at uniform acceleration and moved upward at uniform acceleration. A hot dipping vessel or a vessel holder 1 fixed on the top of the shaft 2 is vertically moved, so excess molten metal stuck to a hot dipped material is mechanically shaken from the material. |
