PURPOSE:To attain highly integrated circuit and high speed operation by selecting alternatively a line among plural common data lines and connecting it to a sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Information of different memory cell is transmitted to a data line respectively to plural common data lines and a line is selected alternatively among the plural common data lines and connected to an input of the sense amplifier. The selection circuit is provided with an MISFET placed between other common data lines connected to the input of the sense amplifier and the common data lines selected alternatively and conducted alternatively.
