<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a character processor excellent in operability by using a priority deciding means which decides execution of processing when the the 1st display processing due to an input editing indication and the 2nd display processing due to another editing indication are exist. CONSTITUTION:The 1st input indicated by an input editing indication means starts the 1st editing processing; while the 2nd input indicated separately from the 1st input starts the 2nd editing processing. These 1st and 2nd processings change documents and start the 1st and 2nd display processings. The contents of documents and a cursor are displayed by a display means. The priority between the 1st display processing and the 2nd editing processing is decided by a priority deciding means according to a fixed system. The result of priority decision is delivered to a process control means. This means decides the order of execution according to the prescribed priority among the 1st display processing, the 2nd editing processing and the 2nd display processing with control of each processing. In such a way, the cursor is shifted with preference. Thus it is possible to give continuously the editing indications.</p> |
