<p>PURPOSE:To stick grating body members mutually with sufficient strength, while causing the used amount of metallic material to be capable of being reduced by providing the sticking part for other grating body member at the portion where a metallic plate is equipped, combining a metallic sheet, the metallic plate and a plastic core body member integrally. CONSTITUTION:The foaming plastic of necessary and sufficient amount is filled into the cavity composed of a metallic sheet 1 and is foamed and cured, surrounding the connecting ends 10, 10 projected into the cavity and a metallic plate 2. Consequently, the connecting ends are impossible to be separated and the metallic plate is fixed to a set position, whereby the metallic sheet 1 and a plastic core body 4 are integrally combined closely, and is used as a grating body member. Because the metallic sheet 1, the metallic plate 2 and the plastic core body 4 are integrally combined, used metallic material is able to be remarkably reduced. The sufficient strength for sticking a grating body member to other one may be obtained by using the metallic plate 2.</p> |
