PURPOSE:To provide a thermal collector plate having a superior characteristic of machining and durability by a method wherein a selective absorbing coating film with a thickness of 2mu or less is formed on a surface treated black film having a rate of absorption of solar beam of more than 90% and a rate of radiation of less than 15%. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 1 of thin aluminum plate of which front surface is roll finished is cleaned and activated in the well-known pre-treatment such as degreasing, removing dust and water cleaning etc., thereafter the surface treated black film 2 of black nickel selective absorbing film is formed under Almirite processing of electrolysis coloring. The surface of the treated film 2 of Almirite selective absorbing film of coated electrolysis coloring formed on the surface of the raw material has alpha of 0.94 to 0.95, epsilon of 0.13 to 0.14. In this way, selective absorbing coating (black) having 10 weight part of silicone denaturated acrylic resin, 3 to 10 weight part of fine powder of Fe2O3, Mn2O3, CuO of 1mum or less, and 80 to 87 weight part of solvent is coated at 3 by a roll coating process and it is finished to a film thickness of an ultra fine thickness without any hole less than 2mum. |
