发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTION LOGICAL CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and speed up the operation by generating an output signal when an inputted weight addition signal is larger than a predetermined value so as to reduce number of logical circuits and number of logical stages. CONSTITUTION:Josephson junctions 201a, 201b are brough into the voltage state of normal conducting state in the operation of a threshold logical circuit when a signal current is inputted to a superconduction loop 200 and an input line 101 and a generated magnetic field exceeds a limit value. Thus, the current difference between the operating point of the superconduction state and the operating point of the normal conducting state flows to a load and it becomes an input current of a threshold logical circuit of the next stage. In bringing the operating point of the normal conducting state in the vicinity of a gap voltage Vg, since the voltage Vg is dependent only on a material constituting the Josephson elements, the current flowing to a load depends on a resistance value and is arranged easily to a constant value among the circuits.
