PURPOSE:To utilize a forming machine while preventing crack of gap by packing a resin with the forming machine from a prescribed gate provided to a terminal side opening of a shield case in which a core holder and a head element are contained. CONSTITUTION:The assembly comprising the core holder 3 and the head element is accommodated in the shield case 1, gates 16, 17 are provided to a position bridged over a terminal side end part of the core holder 3 and the shield plate 8 and slots 18, 19 whose depth is increased toward the tip are formed at the back side of the holder 3. In packing the resin at a high pressure from the forming machine by using the gates 16, 17, the resin is branched and flows right and left spaces, the pressure exerted to the holder 3 is cancelled and the resin activates so as to push narrower the core mating faces thereby preventing crack of gap. Thus, the resin packing by manual operation is eliminated and the forming machine is utilized. |
