PURPOSE:To inject continuously mixed raw liquid into a plurality of cavities, using one mixing head, and to regulate the injected weight of the raw liquid correspondingly to a molded product by injecting continuously the mixed raw liquid into a plurality of cavities in regular order, while changing the flow path of the mixed raw liquid at a runner. CONSTITUTION:Mixed raw liquid flows into one branching runner 7a through flow path 10 from a runner 7, and is injected into a cavity 5a through a gate 8. After the mixed raw liquid has been injected into the cavity 5a for a specified time, a cylinder 11 is operated and a slide value 9 is moved by way of a driving shaft 12. The mixed raw liquid flows into another branching runner 7b through the flow path 10 from the runner 7, and is injected into another cavity 5b from a gate 8b. The mixed raw liquids injected into each cavity 5a, 5b are reactively cured as they are, and a molded product is obtained. Thus, the mixed raw liquid may be continuously injected into the cavities 5a, 5b with different shape, using one mixing head, and the injected raw liquid weight may be controlled, while regulating the time of injection directed to each cavity 5a, 5b. |
