PURPOSE:To promote blowoff of engine while to prevent battery voltage drop by heating a glow plug when preheating or cranking while heating also/only heat flange after engine start. CONSTITUTION:Upon turning a key switch 2 ON or ST, a timer circuit 17 will produce H output for predetermined time while a comparator 14 will produce L output to close a relay 8 through NOT gate 18 thus to heat glow plugs 4-7 at 900 deg.C. Upon reaching to 900 deg.C, the output of comparator 14 will go to H to turn off the relay 8 while to trigger a timer circuit 15 thus to produce L output for predetermined time and to close the relay 8 again after elapsing predetermined time. Upon turning the key switch to ST and start, the output of regulator 19 will go to H while the outputs from timer circuit 20 and relay 23 will also go to H to start power supply to a heat flange 22. Upon elapse of predetermined time, the outputs of timer circuit 20 and relay 23 will go to L while the timer circuit 17 is reset to bring the relay 8 to L thus to stop power supply to glow plugs 4-7 and heat flange 22. |
