PURPOSE:To gradually reduce the discharge flow rate by installing a control throttle in parallel to a fixed throttle and controlling the opening area of the control throttle by a control spool. CONSTITUTION:A spool valve 22 operates as the number of revolution of a fluid pump increases, and a bypass passage 13 is opened. When the number of revolution increases further, a pressure difference is generated between a feeding passage 12 and the first valve chamber 32, and a control spool 23 is slowly slided against a spring 27, and a throttle passage 24a is throttled. When the control spool 23 shifts by a prescribed distance, a pressure chamber 40 and a radius hole 23b communicate each other, and the pressure in the pressure chamber 40 gradually rises, and as a result of this, the throttle passage 24a is gradually throttled, and the flow rate of working fluid supplied into a power steering apparatus is gradually reduced. |
