PURPOSE:To suppress sbrupt change of suction air temperature by exchanging an air-outlet regulating means between upper and lower outlets while providing compensating means for regulating a heat-exchange regulating means such that the heat to be exchanged will vary abruptly. CONSTITUTION:When exchanging a mode door 151 for exchanging the air-outlet between upper/lower outlets 104, 105 and both of them into the mode for functioning both outlets 104, 105 by means of a double stage action negative pressure actuator 152, a control section 2 for electrically controlling each machinery at the heatexchange section 1 will regulate through its compasating means such that the heat to be regulated will vary abruptly. Consequently, abrupt change of blow-out air temperature due to exchange of air-outlet can be suppressed resulting in comfortable automatic temperature control. |
