PURPOSE:To enable use of a soft magnetic body of the same shape regardless of range of testing pressure, by installing a non-magnetic ring, one end being contacting with the bottom of groove and the other end in flush with an opening plane of a soft magnetic material and a pressure sensor in the groove of the soft magnetic body contacting with it. CONSTITUTION:A non-magnetic ring 11 which is in flush with an opening plane of a soft magnetic body 1 is installed in a groove 3. In a pressure sensor thus constructed, pressure is applied on a non-crystalline magnetic alloy 6, a deforming port by strain is narrowed by a thickness of a non-magnetic ring 11, and consequently, a test pressure range extends to the high-pressure side. This leads to development of a pressure sensor of a different test pressure range by changing the thickness of the non-magnetic ring 11. Thus, by using the same magnetic circuit as well as detecting circuit, different pressure testing can be performed. |
