PURPOSE:To simplify chain fitting in a car tire chain by inserting the chain head in the receiving groove of a coupler, fitting it to a tire, and rotating it. CONSTITUTION:After the chain head is inserted in the receiving groove 3 on both sides of a coupler 1 and is fixed, the coupler 1 is inserted at right angles from the rear of the tire and the chain is expanded, after being put in order rearward. Then when a car advances, the chain is automatically wound around the tire and the chain head and a terminal are opposed after one revolution. In this case, the chain is coupled by rotating a step axle 2 by ninety degrees. The chain fitting is simplified by this correction. |
