发明名称 COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR FLYWHEEL OF ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To relieve wearing of a crank shaft and a flywheel and to prevent loosening of a bolt, by a method wherein a shock abrobing material is located to a juncture between the crank shaft and the flywheel, and said two parts are tightened by means of bolts so as to compress said shock absorbing material to couple them together. CONSTITUTION:When a crank shaft 1 and flywheel 5 are intercoupled, a shock absorbing material 8 is located at an end surface part 1a of the shaft 1 or in a recess part 6a in the flywheel 5, and the end surface part 1a is engaged internally with the recess part 6a. A plurality of bolts 9 are screwed in from the end part 7 side of a flywheel 5 to engage it with a screw hole 1b in the crank shaft 1. This compresses the shock absorbing material 8 with the aid of the end surface part 1a of the shaft 1 and the side part 6 of the wheel 5, and causes coupling of the wheel 5 with the end surface part 7a. This enables decreasing of wear of a juncture between the crank shaft 1 and the flywheel 5 and permits prevention of lowering of the tightening force of each bolt 9.
