PURPOSE:To enable the selection of garments cloth corresponding to an environment classifying garments cloth corresponding to warmth retaining capacity, by arranging the artificial skin and the garments cloth to be examined in a duct for connecting an apparatus for setting a state approximate to the human body while measuring a temp. and humidity and an apparatus for setting the condition of the open air to examine warmth retaining capacity. CONSTITUTION:The temp. in a measuring apparatus 11 is changed by a warming heater 24 and a temp. controller 28 and detected by a temp. sensor 26 to perform temp. control. On the other hand, humidity is detected by a humidity sensor 18 while changed by a humidifier 16 and a humidity controller 20 to perform humidity control. Temp. and the temp. and humidity in a measuring chamber 1 are set to a state near to the human body. Similarly, the temp., humidity and wind velocity in a condition setting apparatus are set to the state of the open air through a warming heater 25, a humidifier 17 and a fan 9. The temp. of the artificial skin 5 arranged in the duct for connecting the measuring apparatus 1 and the condition setting apparatus 2 along with garments cloth 48 to be examined is measured by a temp. sensor 46 and warmth retaining examination is performed to classify germents cloth corresponding to warmth retaining capacity. |
