PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output DC voltage for the variations in the input and output of wide range by controlling the filling energy in energy storing means and energy amount capable of storing in energy storing means. CONSTITUTION:An input DC power source 30, switching means 31, and input terminals A, B of current limiter 32 and energy storing means 33 are connected in series, a current limiter 34, switching means 35 and a smoothing circuit 36 are connected in series with the output terminal C of the means 33, and a load 37 is connected in parallel with the smoothing circuit 36. Switching means 31, 35 are controlled to control the filling energy in the means 33 and the discharging energy amount. |
