This wall comprises, in its thickness, between each pair of assemblies of uprights 2, two adjacent parallel volumes, namely a front one A and a rear one R, delimited on either side of an impermeable common layer 16 by a first and a second sheet 17, 18, internal and external respectively, made of a material which is permeable to air, the said front A and rear R volumes being filled with insulating fibres 19, 20 sprayed by blowing and fixed by spraying a liquid adhesive through the sheets 17, 18. The assembly of uprights 2 comprises a first front load-bearing post 7, and a second rear load-bearing post 8, made of timber, spaced apart and joined together by means of ties 9, and support means 10 projecting on either side of one of the said posts, and along it, in order to fix the said common layer 16 which consists of a sealing sheet. <IMAGE>
