PURPOSE:To obtain a rolled tooth form having a high accuracy by fixing and supporting a blank material, and thereafter, pressing the blank material against a die, and oscillating this die along a shape of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A blank material 32 is fitted to a cylindrical member 45, and the blank material 32 is fixed to a supporting member 33 by a holding die 39. The blank material 32 is heated by means of high frequency heating, etc., and thereafter, the member 33 is made to descend and the holding die 39 is fitted to a recessed part 31 of a lower holder 15. Also, an upper holder 35 is made to descend, and the blank material 32 is inserted and held, and fixed by the upper holder 35, the lower holder 15 and a flange part 29. Subsequently, when an operating arm 25 is turned, adjusting a temperature of a tooth form working part 49, a roll 55 is oscillated along the circular arc shape of the tooth form working part 49 of the blank material 32, pressing a swing die 59 to the inside. When the arm 25 is operated in reverse and brought to a reciprocating motion, a rolled tooth form is formed on the tooth form working part 49 of the blank material 32, and also finish working is executed. |
