PURPOSE:To perform micro-pulverizing of a material to be stirred incorporated in a vessel by supplying an ultrasonic wave energy via air to atomize and stir said material. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic wave electric energy fed from an ultrasonic wave oscillator 13 is converted to acoustic energy by an ultrasonic wave vibrator 7, a booster horn 6 and a horn 5 to radiate the acoustic energy. The radiated acoustic energy is passed through an acoustic guide of a cylindrical vessel 3 to supply the energy to the surface of liquid 1. When the distance (l) is regulated to the value multiplied by an integer of a wavelength basing on a sound velocity in air, reinforced ultrasonic wave acoustic energy is supplied to the liquid surface. Therefore, the liquid surface is choppy to produce large drops of the liquid and also said acoustic energy is supplid to produce smaller liquid drops and an atomized state is obtained ultimately. |
