PURPOSE:To prevent a permanent magnet piece from scattering by coating the outer periphery of the piece mounted on the outer periphery of a rotary yoke with a die-cast material by die-casting. CONSTITUTION:A rotary yoke 10 is constructed by laminating a thin plate 12, cutting the outer periphery and then mounting a plurality of permanent magnet pieces 13... with an adhesive on the cut surface. After the yoke 10, on which the pieces 13... are mounted, is contained in a stationary die 15 and a movable die 16, a die-casting material is filled, and integrally die cast. Then, the die-cast material which coats the outer periphery of the magnets 13... is cut at the outer periphery and finished. |
