PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of surplus magnetic bubbles and to improve stability and reliability by limiting the generation area of the magnetic bubble near a soft magnetic material pattern and an ion implantation transfer pattern, in the new creation type generator. CONSTITUTION:When laser annealing is applied to a magnetic material which can preserve the magnetic bubble, the saturation magnetic flux density becomes larger as compared with the portion where the laser annealing is not executed, and the border between the laser-annealed portion and the non-laser-annealed portion has the character that the magnetic bubble is hard to pass. Consequently, the magnetic bubble can be prevented to elongate along the electric conductor by using the border. Namely, the laser annealing part 4 is installed so as to be orthogonal to a hairpin-shaped conductor 1. The magnetic bubble is generated first at the end part A of the hairpin. Continuously, the magnetic bubble will become larger along the hairpin-shaped conductor 1, but, it is rejected by the laser annealing part 4. The area, where the magnetic bubble is generated, is partly located at the end part of the hairpin-shaped conductor 1. |
