PURPOSE:To obtain a spiral fin tube having a good heat exchanging rate by providing a welding torch which is regulated by a fin guide moving under rotation by the rotation of a rotating body and enabling welding of the idle winding part of the spiral fins. CONSTITUTION:A titled welding device consists of a rotating body 11, a fin guide 22 which is attached integrally to said body and is fitted to spiral fins 2 and a welding torch 24. Said body 11 is driven so as to be made rotatable around the fins 2 and movable in the longitudinal direction of a tube 1. The torch 24 is moved under rotation by the rotation of the body 1 and welds the idle winding part 2b of the fins 2 while the movment is regulated by the guide 22. The part 2b of the fins 2 which are wound to the tube 1 and are welded to the tube 1 and are partly idle-wound is welded by the above-mentioned device, by which the spiral fin tube having a good heat exchange rate is obtd. |
