PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps by providing a pair of pectinated electrodes arranged oppositely to engage a plurality of pectinated electrodes on one main surface of a rectangular plate made of a piezoelectric porcelain. CONSTITUTION:A pair of pectinated electrodes 40, 50 are provided on one main surface of a rectangular plate 30 made of a piezoelectric porcelain. A rectangular plate 30 is polarized between the toothform electrodes 41, 42... of the electrode 40 and the toothform electrodes 51, 52 of the electrode 50, and when an electric signal is inputted from an input terminal connected to the electrodes 40, 50, a displacement is obtained proportionally to the distance between the toothform electrodes of the voltage length direction applied to the electrodes 41, 42... and the electrodes 51, 52.... |
