FLUX FOR BRAZING ALUMINUM AND ALUMINUM ALLOY MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a fluoride flux which forms a good joint part by grinding the material prepd. by melting and solidifying a mixture formed by mixing KF, AlF3 and KBF4 at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The material formed by melting and solidifying a mixture composed substantially of 40-47wt% KF, 47-56wt% AlF3 and 0.1-10wt% KBF4 is ground to prepared a flux for brazing Al and Al alloy material. Such flux has non-hygroscopicity and non-water solubility and forms a good joint part.
