The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with antifungal action, to be administered orally, which comprises a compound of formula: <IMAGE> in which: Ar represents a phenyl or naphthyl group or an optionally substituted mono- or bicyclic heterocycle, R represents hydrogen or an optionally substituted, saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, Y has the same meaning as R except the hydrogen; when Y represents an alkyl chain, it may be interrupted 1 or 2 times by -O-, -S-, -SO- or -SO2-, Im represents a 1H-imidazol-1-yl group which is optionally substituted by nitro and/or 1, 2 or 3 halogen, alkyl or alkoxy, or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts mixed with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient containing a polyalcohol derivative chosen from the group consisting of polyalcohols, mono- di- or triesters of the said polyalcohols or polyethers of the said polyalcohols or of mixtures thereof, the said polyalcohol derivative having a molecular weight of between 150 and 2,000. <IMAGE>
