PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of hydrogen gas between a terminal plate and a glass by always pressing a spring-filled V-shaped packing via hydrogen gas to the glass and the plate. CONSTITUTION:A sealing member is formed of a spring-filled V-shaped packing 9 which becomes wide at the hydrogen gas 4 side, and inserted to grooves 10 formed on a glass 2 and a terminal plate 1. The packing 9 is always pressed to the glass 2 and the plate 1 with hydrogen gas 24, thereby preventing the leakage of the gas 4 between the plate 1 and the glass 2. |
