The device is constituted, on the outer surface of the bridge pad 2, made from natural material, by a visible longitudinal cavity and in the extension along the length, by two concealed galleries, one 3 deeper than the other 4. Similarly profiled, but with a length and thickness which are less than the hollowing of the said material, the base 6 for the attachment, equipped with its attachment 5, is inserted obliquely into the cavity and into the deeper of the galleries in order to be turned down and engaged over its entire surface area and finally fitted into the opposite, shallower, gallery. The assembly constituted by the base and by the metal attachment are rendered integral by means of a cement which fills the free-pad part. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for the optics/spectacles industry. <IMAGE>
