The invention relates to a method for cooking food products such as ham and the like, consisting in introducing into its core, for cooking purposes, heating means 11, and a mould 1 for carrying out the method, being of the type comprising an open-topped dished base 3 intended to contain the product and equipped with a lid 4 which can be closed resiliently under pressure over the product, while in the walls 9, 10 of the dish are respective holes for said heating means 11 to pass through said walls and through the product to be cooked, the invention also relating to the products and particularly the ham produced by this means. <IMAGE> |
