PURPOSE:To make a streak of a printed image inconspicuous even when any mechanical error in position is present by a method wherein the initial buffer length of each line of a printer having a data buffer is determined from a random number. CONSTITUTION:When L=LF is determined at a process ST6, the content of a data buffer, i.e. a D portion thereof, is printed by a process ST7. Since L=LF, YES is obtained at a process ST9, a determination that the whole of one line is printed is made therefrom, and O is inputted to L (ST10). Printing of one line is ended in this way (ST11), and each of subsequent lines is printed likewise. Since the initial buffer length of each line is decided according to a random number R generated by a process ST2, positions of boundary portions are not made uniform unlike usual examples, and thus a printed image free from a streak can be obtained. |
