PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkle at the corner part or angle part of film base material by a method wherein a film is disposed in tension contacting to the upper part of a frame arranged around a base material and a film is sticked on the surface of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material 2 is arranged in the inner part of a closed frame 1 and a vinyl chloride resin film 3 is provided with drawing tension on each side adjoining on the upper part of the frame, and the space surrounded by the frame and the film 3 is reduced pressure by a vacuum pump 4. Due to the reduction of pressure, the film 3 is pressed to the projected parts 5 of a stump, and furthermore to the slant surface, and the base material surface and the film 3 are sticked in unit by adhesive agent applied on the base material surface 2. Tension is given to the film 3 when it is contacted and adhered to the slant line 7, and the film is extended, so it is prevented from shrinking. |
