摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic valve which has reliable and excellent controllability, by a method wherein complicated selective theoretical computation of a number of control signals results in comparison of strength through combination of photo signals. CONSTITUTION:The light input part of a light 4-input coupler 16 is formed with light input elements 1, 2, 3, and 4, photo signals inputted from the light 4-input elements 1, 2, 3, and 4 are superposed with each other within the light 4-input coupler 16 to produce a single photo signal output, which is inputted to a light-electricity converter 13. The output voltage of the light-electricity converter 13 is inputted to a comparator 14. When, through comparison with a set voltage previously set, it is decided that here are at least 3 or more of photo inputs from four systems, a driver 15 is driven to bring a solenoid 7 into an excited state. When it is decided that inputs from two systems of the four systems are absent, the driver 15 is prevented from operation, and this brings the solenoid 7 into a non-exciting state.
